6680-004Drawing on his experience as a roll-up-the-sleeves political operative on the local, county, state legislative and congressional level in New Jersey and an award-winning direct mail consultant for candidates in multiple states, Chris Russell opened his own firm in February 2009 with one goal in mind: Taking on and winning tough races for Republican candidates.

Since then, Chris has also branched into non-partisan, corporate work, helping to steer clients to victory in public referendum campaigns and producing direct mail, as well as print and digital advertising that cuts through the clutter and moves public opinion.

A former campaign manager who has seen campaigns from literally every angle since graduating in 1995 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Chris doesn’t take the cookie-cutter approach to campaigns, preferring instead to provide customized strategic, tactical and media communications advice for his clients that best fits their individual needs and strengths.

Chris has won numerous Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) and Reed Awards from Campaigns & Elections Politics Magazine for his work, as well as the coveted “Rising Star” award from Campaigns & Elections Politics Magazine as one of the Top 25 political professionals under the age of 35.

Chris has regularly been named one of New Jersey’s top Republican consultants by PolitickerNJ.com, and appears as a regular guest analyst on News 12 New Jersey’s Power & Politics, and NJTV’s NJ Today Political Roundtable.

Chris lives with his wife, Michelle, and daughters Emma and Alyssa, in Jackson, NJ. Chris and Michelle also founded the Caitlin Elizabeth Russell Foundation in 2006 in honor of their firstborn daughter, who passed away from complications of premature birth at the age of 4 months. Since its foundation, Caitlin’s Foundation has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to help premature babies and their families.

Rick Rosenberg, Jr.

6784-620Growing up in the Democrat-dominated County of Middlesex, Rick Rosenberg, Jr. knows how to win tough elections, despite being out-spent and out-numbered by the opposition. Rick takes pride in fighting for the underdogs and works around the clock to ensure victory. His political experience began in high school when he helped design the winning strategy that put Republicans in control of his hometown after 13 years of Democrat rule.

Throughout college, Rick served in various positions at the New Jersey Republican Party and statewide campaigns. During his early days as an operative, he worked to organize the grassroots operations of statewide, county, legislative and local campaigns across New Jersey.

In 2009, Rick graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. He continued his commitment to aiding an array of Republican candidates, serving as a campaign manager for a State Assembly race, chief of staff for a state legislator and in 2011, became in the Executive Director of the Assembly Republican Victory campaign statewide.

As Executive Director, Rick oversaw an over $1 million direct mail and television advertising campaign, designed localized earned media plans and supervised campaign managers in targeted legislative districts across New Jersey.

With a wealth of experience directing paid and earned media efforts, Rick spent the 2012 election cycle as congressional campaign manager of a competitive Republican primary in South Carolina’s newly formed 7th Congressional District.

In the general election, he served as State Operations Manager for the Mitt Romney’s Presidential campaign in the battleground state of Wisconsin. As a senior staff member on the Wisconsin team, Rick’s daily responsibilities included managing event turnout, paid and grassroots voter contact, targeting, analyzing public and internal polls, candidate and top tier surrogate briefings, staff assignments and major project deadlines.

Rick is a graduate of the Republican National Committee’s Campaign Management College and takes pride in staying up to date on new technologies and tactics that will give his clients the upper hand in their campaigns. He resides in South River, New Jersey where he grew up and served as a member the board of education from 2004 to 2010.
